Danica is attending the University of Calgary in the Education Department. Danica is the recipient of the Brent Sears Memorial Fund.

lightened my financial burden, which allows me to focus on the most important aspect of school: learning. I
greatly appreciate that I will be able to spend more of my time and energy preparing for my classes and
teaching practicum, as well as volunteering in valuable opportunities within my field. I plan to pursue a career in education upon graduating from the University of Calgary this fall. Thank you for your support.”
