Nathan is attending the University of Alberta. Funding received was from 2000 Alberta Summer Games Legacy Fund and Swan City Rotary Club Community Service Above Self Fund.
“This award will be going towards funding tuition for my graduate degree in Physical Therapy at the
University of Alberta. I will have a lapse in income while completing the degree so this tuition funding will
help contribute towards bridging the gap. I’ll miss Grande Prairie for a couple years while finishing my
degree, but am excited to get back and start my physiotherapy career at home. I can’t wait to help our
community stay fit and healthy. I’d like to thank the Community Foundation and their donors.”
