NAF ’23 Regional Tour Swan Hills

We were so excited to kick off our Regional Tour with a stop in Swan Hills on June 15th, 2023. Our tour sought to find out how our Foundation can support philanthropic goals, non-profit agency funding, non-profit agency support, and ESG goals, as well as to show communities our presence.

A massive thank you to this community for their hospitality and to @fixcoffeebarandbakery for their amazing food. (Located at 317 Main St NW in Slave Lake)

Laura LaValley says “It was evident that this community was recently struck by the wildfires.  The burnt trees were visible on the highway.  We felt the warmth from their FCSS team, who welcomed us and were grateful for our sweet treats!”

Our team remembers the destruction from the wildfires on the drive in, as remembered by Brittany Kelsey, and we continue to work towards supporting more wildfire relief.

We would like to once again extend a massive thank you to @onsite3d for their support on this tour. Stay tuned for more stories, anecdotes, and info from our 2023 NAF Regional Tour.
