“This award comes at the perfect time since I have been full time at the hospital for my practicum. I have had almost no time to work part time, limiting my income. Thanks to the Community Foundation of Northwestern Alberta some of that financial stress has been lifted. Through your support I have been albe to focus all my energy and attention on my final practicum and completing my degree. The scholarship has allowed me financial peace of mind to focus on studying for the national registration exam, instead of overworking myself and trying to balance school, hospital placement, studying, working part time and having a personal life.
