Bradley Sakundiak – Student Award Recipient

Bradley is attending the University of Alberta and is taking Kinesiology. Bradley received funding from the 2000 Alberta Summer Games Legacy Fund, Andrea Vavrek Memorial Fund, and Q-99 Student Award Fund.

“The funding I have been so graciously awarded will go a long way toward relieving some financial stress I
face as a post-secondary student. We all know that being a student is not easy, and the stress of finances does not make it any easier. As a student at The University of Alberta, there are many expenses I worry about such as tuition, books, rent, groceries, and transportation. I will put this funding toward all of these expenses and so many more that come with studying at a post-secondary institution.”

We are excited to share we have a newer portal that is more barrier free to help students apply for funding and to cut down on time spent applying!
